So disappointed with this company. I ordered a card for father's day which is tomorrow BTW! I placed my order almost at the beginning of this month and I haven't received the card. I wish I have read the reviews before placing my order.

Im very dissapointed with boomf.

I ordered a birthday card and it was supposed to be sent to my twin sister to surprise her for her birthday. The card didn't arrive at all on her birthday, and i have to resend it again after her birthday...
As I was told by boomf (after i tried following up) that the card got lost during the delivery..

It was good that they said they'd offered me a refund plus a code to get another card for free so I can repost it again. After 2 weeks i checked if my sister recieved, she still hasn't recieved it at all. The delivery got lost again and Plus I realized also that I have never been refunded the amount.. So i had paid for delivery fee twice for two posting , and a card for NOTHING.

Just very disappointed at the service. I just wrote them an email, and I hope that they will refund me. Otherwise I will NEVER shop from them again.

I have been waiting almost a month for my order to arrive with no updates on tracking or correspondence regarding the delay from Boomf or the delivery service. This was meant to be for an anniversary present. At this rate it’ll be a Christmas present (if it arrives) lol.

I got the pop up cube one with confetti for my mum’s birthday and she really loved it. The delivery was perfect and the design was so perfect. I was really proud of it and how it turned out. My mum absolutely loved it. Thank you so much Boomf, you did an amazing job. You really did make my mum’s day special. I will be purchasing again. ?

sent one of the exploding cards for a birthday, apparently not only did it not explode but the recipient had to actually take the cube out of the envelope/ box themselves!! not happy basically paid £10 for a cardboard cube

I thought this was an amazing idea - a butterfly that literally flies out of the card when you open it. I was so excited to see my friends face when they opened the card. Imagine my disappointment when they did and it merely flew to the floor. It's not exactly cheap either. What a waste of money. I won't be making that mistake again and I wouldn't recommend that anyone else does.
